You CANNOT collect parcels on evenings or during the weekend. They always tell you the post office is closed despite their times on Google pages and everywhere else online suggesting they are open! It doesn’t take long to update these pages. Please sort it out. It is a waste of every bodies time! Also says they open at 8am but I’ve been in at 9.15am before and post office still was not open. Third time I’ve been in now and refused access to my parcel even though I know it’s just sitting there waiting for me to collect it! No opening hours on their doors/windows either. Always a hassle using this place.

The Post Office was extremely helpful, the staff were friendly and polite, and they made everything quick and easy to sort out. It is very convenient to use, especially because the service is efficient and reliable, which makes the whole experience stress free.

Such a bad post office. Staff so unhelpful and rude. Wouldn’t take the parcel because it was a large box (30cm x 10cm is not a large box). These lot need shutting down

The opening hours on google maps are wrong. The post office from Monday-Saturday opens at 9 am not 8 am. The shop opens at 8 am but the women at the till doesn’t know how to operate the post office.
The post office is closed on Sundays. On the website it says it’s open until 2 pm. Please fix this.

Had a parcel on the way to me sent via Royal mail 48hrs recorded delivery.
I could see on the parcel tracking website the item sat at this post office for 6 days without moving at all! Not sure why they didn't send it on sooner rather than just leaving it sitting there. Disappointing, never seen a post office do that before.
