- RRR8XMay 9, 20261.0You CANNOT collect parcels on evenings or during the weekend. They always tell you the post office is closed despite their times on Google pages and everywhere else online suggesting they are open! It doesn’t take long to update these pages. Please sort it out. It is a waste of every bodies time! Also says they open at 8am but I’ve been in at 9.15am before and post office still was not open. Third time I’ve been in now and refused access to my parcel even though I know it’s just sitting there waiting for me to collect it! No opening hours on their doors/windows either. Always a hassle using this place.

The shop opens at 8 am but the women at the till doesn’t know how to operate the post office. The post office is closed on Sundays. On the website it says it’s open until 2 pm. Please fix this.

I could see on the parcel tracking website the item sat at this post office for 6 days without moving at all! Not sure why they didn't send it on sooner rather than just leaving it sitting there. Disappointing, never seen a post office do that before.
