Why haven't you changed the website about your post office instead of having some hand written note saying "Mon to Fri, last post will be 16:45, and on Saturday it will be 11:45"?
I was waiting on an important part for my car.
The guy said he'd get it there before 12pm to make sure I had it today (Monday)
But when he went in at about 11:50pm, there's a crudely written note saying "last post during the week will be 16:45, and on a Saturday 11:45."
It would save a lot of sense if you kept customers aware of what is happening. Because people are waiting for post that hasn't even there yet.
.put it on your website!!!
