Rude staff!
I went there few days ago to return a parcel. A member of staff (male) started swearing on myself and other costumers because we dared to queue up and he had to actually do something, other than standing. Absolutely disgraceful!

Really not happy to rush to pick up DPD parcel at 9 for work to be told sorry only can only collect at 10.as short staffed and reduced hours? Please can opening times be updated as I see I'm not the only one who has had this problem...
