- BHBob “Fun Boy Bobby” HarrisonMay 21, 20241.0Disaster. I bought something online which was to be delivered by ParcelForce to this post office. This post office refused to accept the parcel - despite it being within ParcelForce Terms and Conditions with The Post Office. This post office told me to contact ParcelForce who would deliver to my home address. I then found that Standard ParcelForce policy is to return a refused parcel to the sender. My parcel was returned to sender. Caused me a lot of hassle with ParcelForce and the sender, and took 3 weeks to get a refund from the sender. Avoid this post office - very unhelpful and unapologetic.

Having tried earlier in the week in Brighton, but the queue was a couple of miles long as per usual. The queue here was 5 deep, each person was dealt with quick and efficiently in a helpful & friendly manner, then it was my turn & the experience was almost a joy. Friendly helpful staff, who know what they're doing and do it well. I might just come here for all my Post Office requirements in future, even if it is 10miles further away than my local.
