- SMshaun mcgrealMar 4, 20265.0Went to post a couple of boxes of records today. Useless eBay only provided one Tracking Reference and one postal label-because my two packages were being bought by the same buyer. Sounds easy but one QR code does not post two parcels…….. what to do???? Luckily a lovely lady called Lesley helped me. She suggested I tape the two parcels together and utilise the single code to freight both packages. Taped together they were still under the weight limit and the added bonus was I was able to refund my buyer one of his postage payments. I would have had a meltdown if I couldn’t have done this as contacting eBay is one of those experiences similar to being water-boarded in an Iranian detention facility, but the knowledge and understanding of this lady -and a reel of sticky parcel tape released me from this torture. Lesley is always helpful -and if she’s behind the counter I always feel confident that everything will work perfectly. Many thanks Lesley, you’re a legend!
