- GHGeoff HallApr 1, 20265.0I had to have a personal identity check at the Burgess Hill Post Office because my local PO said their system was down - a very dubious suggestion because it is a system that needs to be working every day. However, I had a very nice experience at Burgess Hill where PENNY, the counter staff member, helped me out with kindness, efficiency and a smile, whilst explaining the process to me. Thank you for your help.
