- MCMark CloverMay 12, 20262.0Advertised as 1:30 reopening time. So popped down and there’s a note on the door saying ’open at 1.45’! This happens all the time. Even when they do open at the published times, the queues are always long and slow.

When I reached the front of the queue I was told rather abruptly that as it was lunchtime they did not provide this service & I was pointed in direction of notice on counter which explained this. I mentioned that I had carefully checked website for information (and this was not mentioned there) to ensure my hour round-trip journey would not be wasted. The rather dismissive response by the gentleman behind the counter was that I should try another Post Office and he stormed off to another part of the shop. Simply astounded at this rudeness and arrogance! I try and support the local high street shops which seem to be in terminal decline but an experience like this does nothing to encourage me. I will certainly not be using this Post Office again.
