A great welcome awaits customer this Autumn at Arundel Post Office. We are a Main Post Office and cater for all your mailing requirements with Royal Mail, Amazon and our newly appointed EVRI Parcelshop. Customers can withdraw and deposit cash using debit cards with most major banks, and for all your travel requirements including currencies, travel insurance and Travel Money Card, we have it all covered in-branch. A great range of Greetings Cards for all tastes and budgets, stationary, children's toys, mobile phone and travel accessories, photocopying facilities and so much more is on offer in the shop. Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
