We pay in using a card, and haven't used a cheque book for 10 years or more. All seems a little medieval... perhaps they should get into the 21st century. Perhaps I'll have to juggle apples or jump through a hoop of fire next time I need change. Useless service

- FCFrancesca ClarkeDec 31, 20251.0Rude and unhelpful male staff member - tried to charge me to send a free parcel, which have been free to send at other post offices in the last 4 weeks. When I questioned the charge, he was short and ignorant. I took the parcel to another nearby post office and wasnât charged to send it, with the appropriate information provided. I wasnât aware that post offices had selective charging systems but obviously one to watch out for now. If youâre not having a good day, there is no need to dampen someone elseâs!
