New staff I don't know but I'm worried about it now in case it's wrong I took a small cheque in an envelope to pay into my bank account . It's not supposed to be opened by the post office but it was today . Online it says pay in to the post office Unopened ! First thing she did was open it . The whole point of putting details on the outside is so they don't have to open it . She had to call someone on the phone to ask them about it and even got the amount wrong until I pointed it out she assured me it was the correct way and it would be going into my account . We shall see .
