Really gone down hill since willenhall post office closed turned to this 2 little desk place in the back of a empty shop. The staff is very rude always faces being pulled at you. They was screaming at me one time I couldn't split my warm home discount my own gas and electricity rebate onto both cards letters clearly saying you can and the most you could put on card was £99 anyway so still had to split or do separate transactions they just couldn't be bothered I could see why having to do multiple jobs to complete the tasks yet it says the post office is chosen for its judge free hassle free trust than the paypoint shops refusing to do them, easy way cash to your banks private business. Anyway the woman didn't apologise even when I showed and read the letter out 4 times still telling me no I couldn't the nice asain guy from the front desk older guy came over telling them to hush a younger and older asain women read it and told them in asain rude even further to do it its on the letter not1 apologises to me the guy then takes a photo of my letter not realising till I left he's now got a photo of my address because the letter said it could be split and frequently asked questions can it be split yes. They was always rude looking you up and down not polite, no manners, the older grey haired lady is at times but huffs and tuts and puffs and constantly asking can I help you over when you're saying 1 moment because their digital scan evri parcels that take a few seconds for q.r codes. No need to keep asking over can I help the persons clearly not ready yet, when they need help or customer service they'll come. The stores always shutting the doors at 5:20pm when the post office at back says 5:30pm having to knock door at 20past to do a quick scan parcel them saying closed at 5:20pm told hurry up come before 20past others have jobs too. So rudly managed so badly. I'm polite as hell ignored blatantly in your face, never tryed to say thanks bye ever. So awkward going in because how they are make it an awkward difficult experience and no need at all people have bad enough life's, jobs without a company like that adding to your lousey day. A nice smile and thankyou nice conversation might not go a miss cheer the end of someone's awful day up. The old post office was great and the staff.

I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of interacting with Naz at the Willenhall Post Office to do a change of Vehicle Tax from one category to another. Naz made the process seamless and her willing and professional attitude made the simple process even easier and gives me a sense of satisfaction and renewed enthusiasm to do more business with the Willenhall Post Office in line with what is offered. I would say that my enthusiasm had been eroded by someone else at that same branch recently which, made me very anxious about visiting that branch. Thank you Naz for restoring my faith and confidence in my interactions with the Willenhall Post Office, Royal Mail should be proud to have you representing their brand. Danny
