The shop can be pricey. The queue for the PO counter can be a bit long sometimes.

DPD Just dropped a parcel into the post office instead of trying my home.
I had no code for them to process the parcel but the staff where second to none, they did the ID checks and told me I was OK to take the parcel and they would sort the admin. Very friendly and professional.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Brian and the young lady at the post office.
My husband went to collect my parcel and showed them my ID, but they refused to give it to him. I then had to go there myself with my two little children, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. My husband has collected parcels for me before, and we have never experienced such poor treatment.
On top of that, the staff spoke to us in a rude and aggressive manner, and I was shouted at during the visit, which was extremely unprofessional, and he kept saying I dont care !
When I was finally given my parcel, it had already been opened, which was very upsetting!
I have never experienced such mistreatment before. Because of the way we were treated, I will not be returning, and I hope the staff improve the way they treat customers in the
