Amazing experience each time I visit. Been visiting the same branch since being born in 1997 and get reminded of this!. Always nice to see you all smiling and happy and know I can stay and have a chat.

Disappointed with the service today. I asked for £40 in change for a charity event and was told it needed to be “ordered in”. Found this quite surprising and unhelpful, especially given the small amount and the reason. Expected better customer support.
