- VSVic SmithJan 24, 20231.0I can't believe what happened to me at this post office. I went yesterday with a small parcel which contained a phone. I had already printed the label so all that was required was a quick scan and place it in the mail sack. The dark haired woman with glasses scanned it and then attempted to throw the parcel into the sack behind her and missed and it landed on the floor. I said "that's a fragile item" and she just smiled. No apology or regret. I was so shocked I just shook my head and walked out. Dreadful incompetence of the highest level.Needless to say I will never go there again.
