Sometimes we may have to wait an extra 50 seconds to be served so they can earn their bread and butter first - but that's an extremely small price to pay for the convenience they afford to us. The moaning about someone else moaning detailed in these reviews is truly a part of Great British culture and are only reflective of a working postal system. Thanks for all you do for Fradley!

- RTRoss TsonevDec 29, 20251.0I have been using this Post Office daily during the festive season, but after my experience on December 18th, I will not be returning. Throughout the year, the staff member at the counter has displayed a consistently negative attitude. He frequently complains about basic duties, such as typing in required parcel information, and makes it clear he views the Post Office side of the business as a burden. Common complaints from him include being "a butcher, not a post office man," and claiming he shouldn't have to type in details because he needs a break. The final straw occurred on December 18th—the busiest shipping day of the year. Despite the Festive Opening Hours clearly stating they should be open, he simply placed a "Sorry we’re closed" sign on the counter because the butcher shop was busy. I am generally unhappy to see the "human element" of service being replaced by robots and AI. However, it is exactly this type of poor service and hostile attitude that will cause that shift to escalate much more quickly. When a human staff member refuses to do the job or treat customers with respect, they leave us with no choice but to use automated alternatives. I have since switched to using drop-off lockers. It is a shame, but the lockers are efficient, they follow their advertised hours, and they don't complain about doing their job.
