- FFfk2_ladDec 30, 20251.0I had a very unpleasant experience at this post office. A white woman, black hair wearing glasses, was extremely rude and dismissive during my visit. Her tone was unprofessional, and I felt I was treated with a lack of basic courtesy. Customer service skills here clearly need improvement, I hope management addresses staff behavior and provides proper customer service training. Next time I won't keep my mouth shut!!!!
