- SSStuartSDec 13, 20254.0Having read reviews I was expecting the worst when picking up an Amazon delivery at the same time as the school over the road was ending its day, so the shop was very busy. However, when I stood at the post-office counter someone came over to serve me straight away. He was friendly & cheerful and found my parcel quickly. I was out of the shop with 2 minutes of arriving. Couldn't ask for more. I dropped one star because traffic & parking outside at school pickup time was awful.

When I tried to deposit £40, the staff member assumed I was depositing a large amount and initially refused, citing a full cash box. After I questioned this, he asked how much I wanted to deposit and then accepted the £40. Despite my feedback about the inconsistent service at this location, he didn't apologize for his assumption or seem to take my comments seriously. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service repeatedly. POSTOFFICE should be taken off from this shop and given it to another local shop who can deliver better service.
