I had an absolutely appalling experience here. I went to deposit cash that my friend had just withdrawn from a bank, but the staff member used a "verification check" as an excuse to swap my genuine notes for counterfeits.
They claimed my money was fake and even refused to return my £50 note. When I asked them to mark the notes as counterfeit if they were so sure, they refused. The staff member even showed me a drawer full of £20 counterfeit notes that weren't marked—this is highly suspicious. It's clear they are swapping customers' real money with these fakes.
As an international student, I am disgusted by this dishonest behavior. They are scammers. Do NOT deposit money or spend any a penny here. Stealing a few pounds won't make you rich, but it will ruin your business reputation. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely useless every time I try to use this post office which is unfortunately my local one: They ignore you and then make excuses as to why they can’t serve you. Rubbish opening hours too.
