I came in to print documents and was served by a staff member (old woman in the headscarf) who was on a personal phone call the entire time. I know it wasn’t a work call because the number listed online doesn’t even connect—it cuts off before ringing. While printing my documents, she told me one wouldn’t go through. When I tried to say I’d resend it, she got annoyed at me for interrupting her call—even though she was the one serving me. Instead of helping, she kept repeating “£4, £4, £4” in a frustrated tone without explaining anything. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. On the other hand, another female staff member I spoke to was lovely—friendly, helpful, and clear with instructions.
