Gone downhill since previous manager left. Recently was advised one price, said yes and got a "sorry' and it ended up being twice as much as originally quoted. They overcharge and push all the most expensive options, not what would be expected for small items. Wouldn't recommend or go unless i have to.

Terrible service.
Arrived with a parcel at 17.15 but the staff did not want to serve me and said post office closed already but sign states 17.30.
Very unhelpful and disrespectful

Absolutely the worst post office. Opening hours online are not correct and despite advising them it needs updating, months on its still incorrect. Majority of the time it's closed when it should be open. Excuses being staff shortage or technical issues. Made several wasted journeys there. Needs closing
