All I wanted to do was take out some cash in £50 notes and the guy at the counter said its too late and the systems have been shut down and if he puts it on he will finish later. I found this highly unprofessional. Please close on time and not early! Very disappointed with the lack of service.

I work in a post office and that was a lie they are using the post office authorized note counter machine that counts so many currencies with Scottish notes as well.
