The staff are generally friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant. Additionally, there is a WHSmith upstairs where you can purchase stationery and other items. I bought a mouse mat there, and it was of good quality. The convenience of having both the Post Office and WHSmith in the same location is definitely a plus.
