Been coming here for a number of years. The old owners were good and the new owner seems nice too. However, what puts me off coming here is the lady who works here and has been here a number of years. Bob haircut, glasses and no customer service skills. She clearly hates her job. She will never say hello just looks at u and is rude with the way she asks what u want. I hate coming here because of her. Think she needs to retire and be replaced because its very obvious she doesn't want to be there. I returned a parcel today, i had the code on my phone upside down and the way she said "you need to put it the right way up" was just plain rude. I then told her i would like to withdraw cash, said it loud and clear but she was like "you need to speak up". Previously i was topping up my elderly neighbours gas card, and there wasn't enough money on the card. The post office was full and she decided to loudly say "theres insufficient funds" so everyone could hear and embarrass me! I have been a customer for years and never seen her smile or show the slightest customer service skills.

Bald uncs alright, rest are miserable and OTT high pitched voices and don’t deliver any form of normal customer service. They act lost n found and they have lost one of my parcels before somehow. Note this is prob under old management as I hear there are new people running the show. This was when it was the fam running shop

Very rude woman working in the post office today. Glasses and a "Karen" cut. Firstly despite there not being a queue actually told me to move to the other side because "the queues over here"...then when she called me forward to the counter actively ignored me for minutes while having a chat with someone else behind the counter. When she finally acknowledged my presence she didn't ask what I wanted to do just held her hand out. I explained I wanted to deposit a large amount of cash into my account, which she snatched from me, huffed and took away to the auto counter. Then from the other side of the shop SHOUTED how much money I was depositing (there were by this time other people in the shop) and when I looked over to see if they were looking she was like "what. What's the matter?" So I explained I didn't appreciate having that information shouted publicly. She huffed again and went "yeah ok. Sorry." Deposited my money and threw the receipt at me. Won't be returning.

I have been there for two times and both experiences were so bad with the white lady. She doesn't help in anything just made more stressed. But the other staff is good and humble
