Avoid post office at all costs!! (Go to the yewtree post office instead)
For years now since being taken over I find the Asian shop owner lady- who works behind the post office very very very rude, her customer service skills are lacking massively, and I don’t believe she’s qualified for of any kind customer facings role, She’s always on her personal phone and tablet which might I add is a MASSIVE customer data breach, no one working behind the counter should have access to personal devices, she has access to customers financial details aswell as passport details and I have no confidence in the safety of our personal information because of this I have made a complaint with video evidence and sent it to Royal Mail and the financial ombudsmen. she’ll leave you waiting there until she decides she’s ready and quite frankly acts like she don’t wanna be there every time I go, which is very rare now, I’d actually rather drive 30 minutes away to avoid this shop!!😵💫 If her and her husband didn’t own or run the post office she’d be sacked.
Also I brought a bottle of pop from there which was marked up on the actual bottle as £1.20 and they charged £2.00 😭 they charge more than other one stops! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Postoffice section closes earlier. Says they close at 9.30pm online. I drove all the way up on Friday at 5.15pm and was told the postoffice section closes at 4pm. Waste of time
