- YLY Ltoday1.0BAD SERVICE NEVER AGAIN! This man is very aggressive. New owner, I believe, is very unhelpful and not for the neighbourhood. I have had several encounters with this post office and have received by far the worst service. Poor representation of Royal Mail, and I now travel to a further post office because I refuse to use their services. Replace this owner, please!

Evri marked my expensive item as ‘ready for pick-up’, but when I arrived, the manager confirmed he never received it. He then became angry and hostile, and told me he would ‘remember my name’ because of a previous review. I have now lost both my item and my money. I have filed formal complaints with Post Office headquarters and Evri. My advice: avoid this store unless you want to risk losing your parcel and being treated with hostility. Customers deserve basic respect and a proper service, not frustration and blame
