They close 15minutes earlier than the time on the website which I find misleading to customers and not great customer service at all. They need to reflect the actual closing time on the website. I had to come from far hoping to catch 6pm, got there 5.50pm but was told they closed at 5.45pm by the security. For a big post office which is central in Birmingham this needs to be reviewed. Again as said, apart from that, I have never experienced any poor customer service. I hope they look into this feedback closely.

To then find out they inputted MY postcode on for the delivery, when the correct address and post code were clear as day on the parcel. The parcel is now being redirected back to me and won’t be with the recipient by Christmas, in which I paid extra for. Absolutely shoddy. Let’s not forget that I also had 22 people in front of me waiting, I had wasted my work lunch break to wait as it was understaffed, I used my whole break to get this parcel delivered and it was done incorrectly. Shocking.

It seemed that, perhaps because the office is closing down, the staff had a careless attitude towards customers, repeatedly stating that they were closing the office and couldn’t assist, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I believe they could benefit from learning from European standards of customer service, particularly from Central Europe, to truly understand how to treat their clients properly! 01/10☆
