- JJJennMay 14, 20261.0Staff frequently rude, unfriendly, or seem like they cant be bothered to help when you need the post office. They don't know all the ins and outs of the post office services. They aren't very sure what needs to be done to send a letter abroad. This is worrying. If they current system is not followed parcel will be easily lost or stuck in transit. I avoid going here now. I'd rather go to the Post office in Bathgate or the centre. They know what they are doing. They made a big mistake closing down the one in Carmondean.
