If you are a student or worker trying to pick up your BRP save your time and arrange to do so at the university or elsewhere. Workers are extremely rude and turn you away. People were in line since 6AM to get their BRP as they only do a certain amount a day. I went Thursday and they told me to come back as they only do 100 a day. I came back the next day an hour prior to opening and there was about 30 people ahead of me. They only gave out around 25 instead, told students to go away and threatened to call the police if we did not leave. Avoid

Miserable staff who really should find a new job and not take it out on customers. Especially the manager who likes to blame you for everything.
