I use the post office mainly and I find the staff behind the counter there really friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the post office in Lower Quinton to anyone.

The old blonde bag that works on the counter is extremely rude & blunt. If she hates her job that much she needs to quit not take it out on other people.
