I gave it a fair chance! I really tried and made excuses for the unhelpful replies but I cannot anymore. I rather go to Newbold as ladies there are lovely. Shame as the younger girl is fine but because of one of the clerks I will avoid this post office if I can. There is no need for being horrible to the customers! We all get a bad odd day but not every time. Your job is to help people not to make them want to avoid post office. As it is going this way!

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
