Best post office in rugby by a mile. He helped me out a lot when there was a problem online and he sorted it so quick and managed to ensure my parcel was going to arrive on time. Thank you to the 2 men in the shop at the time.

The best post office in Rugby. Great staff who know what they're doing and are always cheerful and courteous. They also open on a Sunday, what's not to like! The true definition of providing a service to the community, if only other businesses were the same. Keep up the good work!

Frequent poster review here!
The Bilton Post Office team run by Ali is hands down the nicest, most polite, friendliest and most patient my partner and I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
Everyone employee at the Bilton post office is always willing to go the extra mile for every customer, and serves everyone with a smile on their face.
Even during the busiest times (pre-Christmas!) the team there serve everyone efficiently, quickly, and patiently.
The Bilton post office is one of the main reasons we hope we never have to move out of the Bilton area of Rugby as not sure we would ever be able to find another one as good as these guys!

I have been using this post office quite often since I moved into the area about a year and a half ago. They offer all typical postal services and can also handle returns for parcels from eBay and Amazon. The staff is very polite and professional. Even when there is a queue, they work quickly, so the waiting time is never a problem.
