Beware - you don't get offered a choice between first and second class, only between first class and tracked,.so remember to have your wits about you and ask 'is that the cheapest option' otherwise you will be sold an expensive option without knowing it - good for their turnover, bad for customer satisfaction

The lady behind the counter is the rudest person I have ever encounter in a shop. I don't care if she is efficient, she should not be working in a costumer-facing position. Rude and impolite. This PO would have much better reviews without her.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
