This Post Office deserves 0 stars. The main female member of staff is so needlessly rude. I’ve tried to be polite to her regardless of her rudeness, however for whatever reason she has clearly taken a dislike to me. Quite how, I do not know. As I said, I've always been polite to her but unfortunately this is never reciprocated. I am deaf and I have social anxiety - I really hate having to go to the Wellesbourne post office. I will instead go out of my way to go to Ettington (where the staff are amazing and NEVER rude), or I use the new machines located at the Co Op and Sainsbury’s. A faceless machine is, sadly, a much nicer experience than visiting Bridge Street Post Office.

Very Poor Service!! I needed to send a urgent parcel. I weighed it on my bathroom scales and paid for Parcel Force online for drop off. My homes weight did not match their scales, so refused to take it, on the grounds my scales are not accurate enough. Jobs Worth!! What do these people expect, for you to pay a fortune for scales you may use only a few times in your life, zero accountability and no difference in price up to 10kgs, which my parcel was half that weight. It is an eight mile round trip for me and when I complained to Parcel Force, they said and I quote 'Take it to a different post office, as she should have taken it!'
I have also found on numerous occasions for them to be closed, outside the published closing hours... I would avoid at all costs!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Lived here for so long and DREAD having to use the post office as the staff are so rude, miserable, and unhelpful. Every time I wish to use this service I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and people skills.
