The guy who served me here hadn't ever heard of the scheme before but took the time to sort it out and dealt with quickly and easily.

Paid for a parcel to drop off and I was met with the response that they couldn't be bothered to post my parcel as they don't receive a fee even though its a post office. Was then told to go somewhere else as I asked why they were being so rude and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here, I always like to support small shops and businesses but this is one I will never return to and neither should anyone else for that matter. They don't deserve the custom. Why run a post office when you don't want to deal with the exact thing it's designed for. Worst experience I've ever had at any kind of store. Wouldn't usually post negative reviews online but this certainly deserves one.
