- AFAbigél Farkas-BedőJun 21, 20241.0I had a really mixed experience sending two letters overseas. I paid for them to be tracked and signed for in the destination country. I was told it will take 2-3 working days for my letters to get there. They arrived abroad, only to be hold back by customs for a few days and now they are back in the UK undelivered to the family and friend who I meant to surprise with the gifts. I wasn’t told that I needed to pay and fill out any custom documentations for my letters to arrive safely to the EU country. How can I send them back again? What documents do I need? They weren’t heavy or expensive valued things in the letters, only small presents for loved ones for special occasions. I am very furious and disappointed in the service I was given by Royal Mail! The lady way kind but didn’t let me know or made me aware that I need to pay for customs or to fill out anything!

The post office now has all that a post office should have from every size envelopes to highlighter pens and staples, with a huge plus of also combining convenient store that has all your every day needs and being close to the school for last minuet birthday cards and treats has saved me many times! Its just what our village needed. Keep up the good work!
