Rude staff members. Avoid! I wish I could give 0 stars for the service I received this afternoon.
Both front desk employees were moaning about their hours, the owner and did not even say hello to me. She instantly came across like she didn’t want to serve me and continued to moan with the other employee.
When I had an issue with my parcel she just sent me away. These are front facing staff members! Not great for business image.
Ignorant, rude and completely unprofessional.
Stay away from this post office on a Wednesday afternoon!

I recently had a very positive experience at the Dunchurch post office. I went in to send a package overseas, and the staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly and efficient.
She explained all of the different shipping options to me in detail, and helped me to choose the best one for my needs. She also made sure that my package was properly packed and insured, so that it would arrive safely at its destination.
