That “lady” who everyone seems to rag on is trying to run a post office solo that was once a family run operation, she’s absolutely lovely, I use her post office weekly for my parcels and she will have a good chat with you, always friendly, always smiling, have other reviews considered that YOU might be the problem?

Very rude and unhelpful staff, every time I go in is a pointlessly hostile ordeal. Expecting me to know how to send a parcel overseas or which form I’m supposed to be filling out or where to put a parcel without being told! The main staff member told me they could not exchange a particular currency there, but I went elsewhere and they said that they most definitely could and the woman was either too lazy or didn’t know how to use the systems

Absolutely terrible staff. Have no manners whatsoever. These women have a reputation of being rude and unwelcoming but apparently have not changed from the countless times that I have been met with horrible customer service. Even today I was greeted in a rude manner, she was extremely blunt and even browsed through her phone as I patiently waited for her to continue my order. AS it happens, the woman besides me was having troubles with another member of staff being extremely unhelpful and impolite. Hope they can sort their staff out as I certainly would not recommend to others and unquestionably will never be returning.

Will never come back here. Rudest member of staff I have ever met in a post office. She was playing on her phone when I walked in and up to her window. She decided she'd rather carry on playing on her phone for a good while rather than sile or say hello or actually help. I had 3 things to do here. 1. Post a parcel - after weighing it she gave me a receipt, I asked "what do I do with the parcel please" she looked at me as if I was an idiot and said "in the hatch at the end" oh like I'm physic I thought. Then when I asked for some stamps and to post some letters, every question I asked about weight or price was met with complete rudeness. I will never come back here.
