So, I googled the exchange rate, only to realise I should've got 680 USD - that's a difference of the equivalent of £55!!! The exchange shop in Priors shopping centre up the road has a website. I checked on there and it said 663 USD for £500. That's £40 more!! This is fraud. They're overcharging customers and keeping the excess. I won't be returning to this branch and would strongly suggest others don't also.

Do not assume what I want, and ignore what I say, in order to make a larger sale. They have now also got a perfume shop that you have to walk through to get to the counter, and it the smell is really strong. As someone who is sensitive to smells, this is really not what I want when posting a parcel. I'll stick with Evri.
