- PHPaul HAug 15, 20261.0I called into Leamington Bath Street Post office this morning 15th August for some assistance and was met with the worse customer service experience I have experienced for a long time. The gentleman assisting didn’t want to know in trying to help. I will call back next week to get his name and make a formal complaint. How this gentleman is on a customer service facing desk is hard believe.

Of course it’s partially Royal Mails fault but cmon - I can’t even change the address so clearly it’s just gonna repeatedly attempt delivery and I’ll never get my parcel that I PAID next day delivery for. You also can’t call the shop it takes you to the general post office lines so I can’t even contact them because I’m not in Leamington right now. Absolutely useless - both Royal Mail and this post office. I wish I could go back in time and choose home delivery because this is just ridiculous

- JJJMADMay 2, 20261.0Went to change £500 cash to USD yesterday. The bloke told me I'd get 625 USD. He didn't give me a receipt, which I thought was strange. So, I googled the exchange rate, only to realise I should've got 680 USD - that's a difference of the equivalent of £55!!! The exchange shop in Priors shopping centre up the road has a website. I checked on there and it said 663 USD for £500. That's £40 more!! This is fraud. They're overcharging customers and keeping the excess. I won't be returning to this branch and would strongly suggest others don't also.
