Let's hope you can get this parcel to its destination and not 90 miles away in chipata as you have done with everything else I've sent to my friend in Zambia
Update on the latest DHL disaster
Ok 2 parcels sent and inspected no less than 7 occasions from Birmingham then east Midlands then Heathrow on to in flight checks then again at Johannesburg then on hold in Lusaka for 5 yes 5 days before anyone thought to inform myself or my friends in sinda Zambia
DHL boast that they have 100000 skilled professional personal and can solve every problem imaginable. Well no emails and no phonecall we had to chase Lusaka ourselves.
So for this highly expensive lousy service we are still waiting for delivery .
The problem was a small drone in the box fully declared and approved at every inspection up to Lusaka need a flying licence ,ok so drone is held till arrangements can be made .
Still on hold and no exploration yet again

Try the phone but you better take out a second mortgage to cover their phone costs .
What does DHL stand for ?? German efficiency maybe !! No money grabbing is first priority and customer service well a bot that goes round and round in predictable circles with the same hopeless answers

It's a miracle they Robert dyass have the patience to put up with them . Never again will I use them and I'm talking to my lawyer about a refund for the lousy service from DHL
