Bought some thing on line . Lady sent it in 2 parcels one arrived Saturday so went at nine like web site says closed till 10 . After collecting one. The other one arrived monday . So went monday after work , again web site says 7pm . Closed at 5 . Got there 530 . To be told nothing they will do by a rude member of staff and very smug saying he wasn't royal mail staff . And to give my id to some one to collect it . Tottaly illegal according to royal mail . Then rang the shop in the moring spoke to the so called supervisor . He apologised and said come tonight and they will pass it over and scan it off in the moring when its open . Again drove over there again thar night . To be met by the same rude smug member of staff called olie . Saying he wasn't passing my parcel over with a very smug look ,even another customer commented how rude he was and been just smug with it . Again explained to olie what I had been told this morning on the phone . Then he point blank refused to give it over or talk about do I asked for the manger that wasn't there yet again and he wasn't passing any number or details over so I could talk to him . Left again with no parcel and with yhe threat now that olie said only a day left we will send it back. What an absolute joke of a shop and service making royal mail look so bad and change your hours on your web sight as there tottaly wrong! Waisting people's time

Hit or miss if post office will be open or closed. Staff just tell you to use a different one! False advertising for opening times.
