Refused to accept it and was totally dismissive.

One time I visited in my lunch at 1:35 to pick a parcel up and there was a sign saying it was closed until 2 for lunch. The man was sat behind the desk not doing anything so I asked if it was still closed and he was nothing but rude and unhelpful to me despite me being able to see my parcel directly behind him. Not a pleasant experience. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t do it.
