I was very polite so there was no need for her to speak to me the way she did. I’ve heard many people comment about her attitude but I was in the area and thought 1 parcel would not be a problem. I will never use this Post Office again and will be advising others to go else where too. I’ve also sent an email to the Post Office complaints team.

I was abruptly told she didn’t get paid for documents,go to Llantwit, I only certify for locals. I understand some PO can offer different services,however some people need to learn some simple manners.
