  Great delivery. Got a text the night before with window for delivery. They phoned 35 minutes before delivery to inform me of their ETA. They delivered my bed, mattress and headboard up to my bedroom with respect for not damaging the walls. They were great. They tried their best to assemble but unfortunately Sealy hadn’t included the fixings to do so😞 but they were respectful, apologetic and left the products in a considerate manner for me to continue assembly once the parts arrive. Compared to a previous bed delivery I’ve had, these guys were much better and more polite. I would recommend.

  Should not sold head board seperately if they cannot assembly to a bed frame.

  Very poor delivery service. Two people arrived to deliver the sofa. After bringing it near the lift, one of them immediately left to park the van, leaving the other to handle the rest. The remaining delivery person repeatedly asked me to help move the sofa into and out of the lift, then pushed it along the floor to my flat and again required my help to get it into the living room. When we tried to position it horizontally, he complained that I “wasn’t being helpful,” as if I were his delivery partner rather than the customer. Customers should not be expected to assist with heavy deliveries or be spoken to this way. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

  Have emailed, telephone and whatsapped. No response. They will now waste their time delivering heavy packages when no one is in to receive them.

  Been waiting for mondsy. Then changed to Tuesdsy and 8pm no dhow after 2 changes of time. Shambles wasting my day
