THE BIDDICK STORE IS VERY GOOD ONLY 2 mins away and so convenient

She told me to go outside to get a signal and come back I sat in the car found the number she needed, went back and a gentleman told she had gone home and he wasnât going to give me it because he doesnât know what to do and I was abusive. I was trying to explain I couldnât remember the delivery company name. I was certainly not abusive. The lady was pushing for the information and I said it was difficult to load on my phone. I asked her if she could look for my name and no she would have to look through 7 different companies. I didnât see the lady go out of the shop, it was deliberate. Not sure what to do now ?
