Over £200 worth of my parcels went missing and were showing as still being held at this location. When I went in to ask for help, I was treated in a completely unacceptable manner by a member of staff.
Instead of calmly explaining the situation, I was spoken to aggressively and told it was “not their problem” and to deal with Royal Mail. The way I was spoken to was humiliating and upsetting, especially in front of other customers.
Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of the situation. Being dismissed, spoken down to, and made to feel like an inconvenience when your property is missing is not acceptable.
I left the store extremely distressed. I hope management take complaints about staff conduct seriously and improve training.
