- RYR YMay 14, 20261.0Didn't have a very nice experience here on the 2 occassion's I used this post office. The same staff member behind the till was very dismissive of me, barking at me instead of talking politely. He also proceeded to throw my change at me. I now go out of my way to drive to Westerhope post office where Im treated more civilized. Nice people in there folks.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
