Quick and effect service, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and no matter how busy they are, they always have a smile on their faces and time to say hello how are you? I personally have had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences from Chillingham Road post office and the grocer's. The grocer's side has so many different options from vegan to chocolate to fresh fruit and veg amongst other things and they are open 7days a week , what more could you need?

- MMMRSJan 6, 20242.0Staff are great, Id give staff 5* but because the place is full of tatt & now have taken over the fruit & veg shop the staff are spread between this & other shops owned by the owners I’ve given 2* No new counter has appeared as promised months ago. The waiting times are horrendous. Staff are always under such pressure, I don’t know how they put up with it . The owners need to take a good long hard look at themselves & treat staff better. Good staff are worth their weight in gold! Instead of trying to build an empire of mediocre stores concentrate on providing a decent level of service. I’ll be going elsewhere, after December as it was a nightmare.
