Not very friendly or helpful staff, they loose your return parcels and don’t bother helping you track where they are/ make a claim. I’ve lost £200 due to this.
This royal mail shop lost my returns parcel that was supposed to get returned to the company’s return location, via tracking label. I went back to this office to see if they could help confirm a weight of the parcel that was sent as that was the only detail i needed and she refused to help, she wouldn’t even provide me with a copy of the receipt which would have been on the system I would think.
I explained all the details, the date i sent it / what company/ the QR code etc, to try and help, and I explained my receipt had something spilt on it so i had to dispose of it before the parcel was declared by the company as “missing”
Absolutely no help or details offered even though they lost the parcel and now the parcel is lost and I have lost over £200 as no one will help me. Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review anywhere but very disappointed how unhelpful the staff were when I was polite and explained everything and provided as many details as possible

The shop is great but the ladies In the post office are rude jobsworths who would rather inconvenience you and waste your lunch break by being pedantic about things I know for a fact other post offices can do for customers. They need training and to realise its not the 70s anymore.
