The rude man told me I had to wait for my parcel and come back in a hour cause he wasn’t ready and it delayed me getting a really important item. Every time I go in there is some form of issue or rudeness. It’s an actual endurance having to deal with him to the point where I’d rather go to a different shop or walk further to a post office - I wouldn’t feel confident having my post in his hands
