- WEW EMay 12, 20261.0The young lady doesn’t even know the different types of mail! And she speaks in a very unprofessional way.. The post office is supposed to hire qualified agents. This new branch in Low Fell is terrible. The previous office was much better.

When I reached the counter she told me that they didn't have any second class stamps (this is a post office!!) but may get some on 5 April (Easter Sunday?). I pointed this out only for her to say that 'I have nothing to say to you '. Customer service at its finest
