Some of the staff at this place are very unhelpful and quite rude. I was trying to return an item from amazon and was told by amazon that I did not need any packaging. It said the same thing on the app, the woman at the checkout refused my item telling me to put it in its packaging. Showed her my phome with the instructions still just being rude and refused. Took it to another post office and they took it straight away no problem at all. The staff here need to be sent for more training. Also need to learn some manners in how to speak with people.

Been using this post office for over 2 years now and have generally had a good experience. However, I met a lady (Sharon) today who was very rude and displayed very poor customer service skills. She didn’t bother explaining came across as dismissive when I asked simple questions.
As a regular customer despite now living far, I found this quite disappointing. A bit of patience and clear communication would have made a big difference. I hope this is addressed, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from this branch.

A handy, well located little post office that sells quite a range. It's tidy, well organised, and well stocked.
It can get very busy at times but tends to be well staffed and the service is very good, staff are approachable, helpful, and competent.
I always leave satisfied with my experience here

It’s such a shame as the location is so convenient but the staff make using this post office really difficult. They’re unnecessarily rude, don’t handle items with care and are super unhelpful. It’s a little extra walk and the queues are longer but you’ll get a much better experience sorting the postage out yourself and dropping off at the delivery office next to Matalan instead.

Very upset about my visit today ,the elderly grey haired woman at the counter made it so difficult for me to send off a parcel ,I’m not familiar on how to return items and she was speaking to me like I was stupid,we didn’t have a label and we asked if she sold these and to this she replied no ,she didn’t give us any alternatives aka we could purchase a bag that had a label on it she was no help ,THEN as we took a bag back to the counter another lady shouted you have to pay for those bags as if we were thieves ,yes we understand we thought we had to pay at the counter we were previously at ,finally the woman who was able to send off our parcel was so lovely she helped us so much thank you to this lady .
